Jaida's 10 Question Interview with All Access!
Jaida's debut album I Am Jaida Dreyer is set for release on February 26th, but did you know that Jaida originally came to Nashville to be a songwriter? Well, we're excited and very proud to say that this debut record is full of original Jaida Dreyer songs; ten songs to be exact -- all written or co-written by Jaida herself. "Half Broke Horses" is the new single currently at country radio, but long before riding into Music City, Jaida traveled showing horses professionally and won her first world championship at the age of 5. All Access recently chatted with Jaida about the days of professional horse showing, musical influences, interests ranging from hockey to unicorns, and of course, the new album and single. Click HERE to check out the full conversation in this exclusive All Access 10 question interview.
Jaida is nominated for a Canadian Radio Music Award!
BIG news came rolling into Team Jaida headquarters this afternoon: Jaida has been nominated for a Canadian Radio Music Award!
It is Jaida's first nomination and we're very excited to see "Guy's Girl" represented in the Country category, alongside several great country music talents. Also: Way to represent the women in this category, Jaida -- cheers to that!
Sponsored by Astral Radio, the 16th annual CRMAs take place during Canadian Music Week, celebrating first-time charted artists and honoring individuals or groups among them with some of the most played songs at Canadian radio -- the awards will be handed out Wednesday, March 20, 2013, 7 p.m. at Kool Haus in Toronto. For more information on the awards and to view a full list of this year's nominees, visit the Canadian Music Week website by clicking HERE.
Congrats and best of luck, Jaida!
