RED VINYL’S JAIDA DREYER SCORES FIRST #1 WITH “HOME ALONE TONIGHT”
Red Vinyl Music is thrilled to congratulate singer/songwriter Jaida Dreyer for taking the top spot on the MEDIABASE Country Radio Singles chart and the BILLBOARD Country Airplay chart as one of the writers on Luke Bryan’s “Home Alone Tonight,” also featuring Karen Fairchild.
The hit single is the collaboration of Jaida Dreyer and cowriters Jody Stevens, Cole Taylor, and Tommy Cecil and becomes the third straight #1 from Bryan’s current album, KILL THE LIGHTS. After spending two weeks at the top of the charts, “Home Alone Tonight” also becomes his second straight multi-week number one following the hit “Strip It Down.”
“It’s awesome to see,” says Red Vinyl’s Eric Gallimore. “Jaida has always been such a great writer, and it has been a thrill to see folks discover her songs on radio and through ABC’s NASHVILLE. To see her snag her first #1…it’s a reward she deserves and our team couldn’t be more proud.”

Jaida has been writing songs since her late teens, and has written several songs featured on the ABC hit drama, Nashville, including "Tell Me", "Dreams", "Disappear", "This Town", and "Salt/Sugar".
In a recent article from CMT, Samantha Stephens writes:
"Luke Bryan recently revealed some of the finer details regarding his upcoming album, Kill The Lights. The album is produced by Bryan’s longtime producer and buddy Jeff Stevens, along with Jody Stevens, and boasts 13 tracks of addictive and hooky musical goodness. Bryan himself was a co-writer on six of those 13 tracks, including the title track. Other songs on the project were penned by heavy hitters like Dallas Davidson, Ashley Gorley, Chris Destefano, Rodney Clawson and Luke Laird. Two of my favorite female writers, Jaida Dreyer and Jessie Jo Dillon, also have cuts on the album."
Kill The Light is available August 7th.

Jaida Listed #5 in “My Top 10 Country Songs of 2013” from NashvilleGab.Com
(Nashville, Tenn. – January 3, 2014) – Jaida Dreyer has been singled out as having one of “My Top 10 Country Songs of 2013” by NashvilleGab.com.
“Half Broke Horses,” the most recent single from Jaida’s debut album, titled I Am Jaida Dreyer, takes the number #5 spot among some of country music’s biggest hits and hitmakers. Tyler Farr made the list at #4, with his “Redneck Crazy” being one that hit the top of the charts earlier this year; Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan each also carved out a spot in Nashville Gab’s “Top 10.”
To be included among these artists is quite the complement, and Jaida definitely left an impression on the author of this list with “Half Broke Horses.” “When you hear a song and it gives you chills,” writers the author, “that’s a good song.”
